I'm 12 weeks pregnant I picked up my two year old and got a horrible sharp pain in my stomach now my back and stomach are causing me constant pain should I go to the hospital I'm really concerned

You most likely over stretched some of the ligaments that support the uterus, but it certainly would be wise to give your doctor a call about it.
