    1993 Honda accord restart problems
VERY INTERMITTENT PROBLEM... Sometimes won't restart after it's been started. I thought it was only in hot weather, but it seems to be doing it in cold as well. I have been told it could be the main relay, what about the coil, Distributor? I'm trying to make sure I'm replacing the correct part before I spend a ton of money and time on this. Thanks for any help!!

Go through the tests in sections A and B:

They are valid for Accords, as well as Civics. I would focus on the Ignition Control Module (igniter). The reality is that the igniter and coil should be replaced at 120,000 miles or 10 years, whichever comes first. Therefore, you are overdue. They are very problematic parts, to begin with, on all Hondas. They get fried inside the distributor. If you buy aftermarket replacements, they are not too expensive.
