Submerged pump, pressure switch 30-50, the points are closed have electricity 220, can pull points apart and have spark. Not froze checked, but pump won't come on

Some submersible pumps have a capacitor above ground. It would be wired between the switch and the pump and could be the problem. If you don't have one, then make sure you have current on the pump side of the switch by using a voltmeter. If you do have current, then you either have a wiring issue in the well or a dead pump.
