OK my daughter father is in the military and he is trying to get base housing so my child and I can move with him but they said that the birth ceritifcate wasn't enough... so I talkd to a lawyer and he said dha reason may because he has not legitimized our daughter I was wondering does he do that?

You aren't married? You haven't had a paternity test? He hasn't asked the housing office what is required?

If he is on the BC, I'm not sure what more DEERS could need. (sorry if DEERS is wrong, I grew up navy)
