My question is that there are any proof in hadees and fiqh and any other relaible source that recieting of surah ankabut,roum and surah dukhan on 23rd ramadan night as a qaraat are mustahab.because some people says that the recieting of these surah on 23rd ramadhan and qazaiumri prayer is bedaat
