While people dislike my answer, your real mother is the women that raised you, were there for you when you were sick, was there to take you to school, to help you with homework and more.

Sometimes that "mom" may be your dad in a single household or a grandma or aunt.

Yep, I agree with Chuck. Your real mother is the person who stayed up with you when you were sick, kissd your booboos when you got hurt. Suffered with you through puberty, adolescence etc.

Now that person may not be your bio mother, but she is, nonetheless, your real mother.

Having said that how do you think we can answer your question without a great deal more details.
