I have a buddy that was caught 2 years ago in PA with a "controlled buy" of a small amount of marijuana. They are just now bringing it up. Would the Statue of Limitations apply here?

Not in only two years. It's a lot longer than that.

I'm sure it WOULD. But, I don't know what it is... It's probably one year on a misdemeanor and three years on a felony... But, I'm guessin..

I double checked... 2 years on a misdemanor in PA... so dates are important... and why they likely moved now...
