I just had a positive ovulation test a few days ago.The day after I ovulated I had spotting as well with the following day.I don't really have much to say but exactly what happened.Is it possible that its implantation bleeding and I might be pregnant?

Implantation spotting, and most women never notice any signs, wouldn't happen that quickly. It usually takes a few days for a fertilized egg to travel to the uterus and then a few days, roughly, to implant.

The spotting may, however, have been from ovulation, which some women do notice once in awhile or it could be from any sex you may have had during that time frame.
