Can I evict my husband from an apartment that he lives in. It's a second house we purchased 6 months ago for income income. He left me and now lives in one of the apartments. The house is in my name only.

But normally no, you can't evict, you will have to file for divorce and get it settled as to who owns what and only then you can evict.
