Now if I get anything minor or say drinking while on probation or any misdemeanor offense, can I get prison time because its felony probation?

You could go to jail if you violated a misdemeanor probation.

That is what probation is, If you break any of the rules, some criminal, others just rules, they can violate your probation.

And if you are on lets say 3 years probation, and after 2 1/2 years you mess up, they could make you serve the entire 3 years, not just the remainder of 1/2 year.
