I had a tubal 2002 and thermal ablation because of heavy bleeding and never THOUGHT I would ever remarry again but did and my husband has no children and we really want one. We just got married in May and have been together now 3 yrs. Please help us! I am 36 and he is 26 Thanks so very much!

I would suggest getting a referral to a reproductive endocrinologist. Unfortunately the tubal is specifically designed to prevent pregnancy. Depending on the type of procedure you had done, sometimes a reversal can be performed and pregnancy might be a possibility. The ablation as well can effect your fertility or at least being able to carry a pregnancy should you conceive.

A reproductive endocrinologist specializes in dealing with various reproductive situations. They would be best able to discuss the possibilities of you becoming pregnant and carrying a pregnancy, or options that may be more suitable depending on your individual circumstances.
