I have a dark holographic prerelease team rocket garydos card my cousin gave me when I was a lad. I'm considering selling it but am unsure of its exact value. Could anyone give me an idea?

Well that's what you get for a Promo card. The big words PRERELEASE on top give it away. These are worthless as they were never included in actual sets.
