You go to the county court house to the recorder of deeds and they will provide a copy ( for a fee)
The official copy is on file at their office.
Why are you wanting a copy of it
Call a Title Company in the same community and ask for a copy to be emailed to you.
Thank you adamsmith, I wondered what took you so long to post. A brand new poster asks a question about a web site, and poof, another new poster comes and says how great they are.
I wonder are you the same person, or hopefully at least you let another employee post the answer.
