When I go for a pee, right at the end it starts to hurt, and it hurts to let it out, & it also smells really really bad. What could this be? PLEASE HELPP!

You have bladder infection that can be caused by a few things, one is wiping from back to front, carrying bacteria to your urethra (where you pee from). It is basically getting some bad stuff around that area.

Go to your doctor, have a urine test to tell if it is, in fact, a urinary tract infection, and get antibiotics to get rid of it.

If you are troubled by the itching and stinging while on the antibiotics, first off, take a an over the counter pain med to ease that away.
