When I press the start button I hear a low buzzing sound,but nothing happens, I removed the front panel under the door to look at the thermol fuse and it is OK I can see where the thermostat is at and it turn bright red and heats up but still my dryer won't turn on

That is not your thermostat, its your heating element. You can't tell if a dryer fuse is good by looking at it but since your element is heating it is likely good. Now we need to look at the motor that spins the drum. May take another person to safely do this. Put test leads on the 2 wires going to the motor, not the green wire, it's a ground. When you push the start button can you confirm power to the motor?
