My 2 yr. old pom began vomiting yesterday, and stopped doing it 12 hour later. He will only take water, and is listless and only lies down. Is there any food I should try, as he isn't interested in eating.

Try Fruit Gelatin like Jello or Royal gelatin. Chicken broth (no noodles) might give him back some electrolytes.

If your dog has been throwing up for 12 hours, then you need to get your sick pooch to the vet NOW!

Any severe loss of body fluids is a HUGE deal and shouldn't be messed with lightly.

I say go to the vet. In between now and your appointment, give your pup some electrolytes. Hes not eating because he doesn't feel good. If all he wants is water, give him water that will count
