Are the Mobile Home Eviction Laws the same as or different then the ones pertaining to regular housing in Washington State?

There are some differences. The Manufactured/mobile home landlord-tenant act is in a different portion of the RCW than the Residential Landlord-Tenant Act. On the other hand, the chapter dealing with Forcible entry and forcible and unlawful detainer (eviction procedures) seems to pertain to both.
