Whenever I have unprotected sex with my girlfriend(btw I am faithful to my girlfriend and have never cheated on her!), I usually end-up having this very small painless whites sores/heads on the head of my penis and under my fore-skin. This white sores heads usually disappear after one or two days (after a thorough wash) and does not occur until I have sex with my girlfriend again(only occurs after having sex with my girlfriend, then disappears after a day or two). It also peels off the top layer of my penis head when it disappears. It does get itchy at times. I don't think it is a STD but I could be wrong. Please advise.
Ps: I have not discussed this with my girlfriend.

You are correct you don't know. Why could it not be a STD, you are having unprotected sex.
