I thought I was pregnant, I did a home test a few days before I was suppose to have my period... I still haven't had it, was it too soon to take a test?

Most likely it was too soon. Some women will get accurate results a few days before a period is due, but most will need to wait until their period is actually late.

Are you late as of now? If so, give it several more days to see if your period still shows up. If it doesn't, try another test... following the directions exactly. If still negative, your period may just be off this cycle. Then wait until next month and see what happens when your period is due... test again if need be.
