Can I file A 1040EZ with an ITIN?
My wife is a non-resident alien with no worldwide income (she's living in the united states awaiting a green card). We filed a W7 last year and now she has an ITIN. Can I file married-jointly with a 1040EZ and just enter her ITIN where it asks for your spouses SSN or do I have to file a special form?

You can use her ITIN just like the SSN. You can file Form 1040EZ and efile, which is MANDATORY this year.
