I am a citizen, I want to bring my mom and newphews to US from Mexico...
I am a citizen of the US and want to bring my Mom to the US by getting her a resident card. My question is... She is has been caring for my brothers 3 boys for the last few years but is just now working on getting guardianship of them. Will she be able to bring the kids too? They are ages 14, 9, and 6 yrs old. Can you help us with this question?

She DOES have proof that she has been caring for them for the last 5 years, and living with her for the last 6 yrs... Does that count as guardianship? Law says she has to have (legal) guardianship for 2 yrs prior to bringing here.

What law are you referring to?

You can petition for your mother, she qualifies as an IR as the mother of a USC. It is unclear what your relationship is to her children. Are they your stepbrothers?
