    1098 T form
    I received a 1098 T form, can I use it to claim my 15 month old daughter? I did not work last year at all since I'm a full time student..

    The Form 1098-T MAY be used to claim the American Opportunity Credit if you qualify.

    Your daughter will have NO bearing on the return.
