I had a day 3 FSH level done, however it was actually done on day 5. My result came back elevated. Could it be because the test was done on day 5 instead of day 3?

Not necessarily as there usually isn't much difference between those days. How high was your level? May I ask how old you are?
If they repeat it, which they might choose to, seeing if it remains about the same will be a better indication than just a single reading.
The FSH test is usually the first step and will need to be followed up by other testing. Did you also have the estradiol test?

Hi. I am 32 years old. I am not sure how high the level was, the nurse just said it was a little elevated. They did the estradiol test and it was normal. My doctor started me on the Clomid challenge test and I go on day 11 to get my blood drawn.
