What is the longest that a bar owner can ban a patron from his bar
It is up to the owner, my friend, nothing to do with statute of limitations. If he doesn't want you there and he owns it, then you are toast. Owner of the bar has a say if clientele is drinking passed limits. Is that the problem ?
Tick ontario
A Statute of Limitations (SOL) refers to the amount of time someone has to take legal action over a criminal or civil matter.
An owner of a retail establishment has the right to refuse service to anyone they desire for as long as they desire.
They can ban you for life, a owner of a business can refuse service if they wish
Thank you that does make sense.
