Sir I have been in this dilema for a while.I want to marry a guy of my choice although my way of choosing a spouse isn't allowed in islam bt I have been trying to avoid certain situations.I have tole my parents about him his family is also aware about our intention.the guys side isn't financially stable bt as a person he is alhumdulillah good and offers prayers also.plus I did istekhara also and I always felt light when I did it .I had dreams where I saw myself as becoming his bride ,he also saw that and a friend did too.now everyone body wants me to just leave and move on and mary a guy with better financial status I'm aware that mony is imppt but that's all in ALLAHs hand to whom he wants to gve.I dunt want to hurt my parents at all my niyaat in fact our nuiyaat has been vry clean bt no one undertsand that .kindly reply.

You hi or salam ,I think u should leave the worldly things like prays and stuff and see how he threats you with out anyone around.
Waych the small things.if he really loves u,he'll open a door for u.just watch for small things,guys normally try to impress on the bigger stuff,don't be .
Just see the things u like n if he does it n u'll know .
