If I went to terminate my contract, What are my My conquences? My contract ends in Aug. 2007

Can I assume this contract is a "lease" What are the terms of the lease ?

You could lose your deposit and have to pay rent and utilities till Aug even if you leave on some leases.

On others you may have to pay a few months rent penalty or just pay rent and utilities until another tenant is found.

You may also have the ability to sub-rent to someone else to cover your costs of your contract.

So you need to get your lease out and read it line by line and see what you are obligated to.
