When high tsh 45.58 will become normal??

I am having high tsh nearly 45.58 and I am Trying to conceive from 6months had gone thr Laproscopy also for pcos and taking thyrox 25for high tsh.How much time it will take to my high tsh become normal for conceiving ? And will letoval25 work for me after 1 month??
