Help figuring out a movie from I believe the 70s or 80s
I am looking for a movie that had a bunch of people chasing around town to find money that a rich man hid under a bridge. There was a couple that were nerdy newleyweds and she wanted to have sex. They tried to have sex on a winnabego and it started moving on them. The teams search all over only to find clues to help them find the money. At the end the money gets stolen from them. The guy is taking off in a hot air balloon and the brief case opens and the money falls to the ocean. Does anyone know this movie and please share the name of it?
