My son is almost two years old, myself an his father split up because he is a very angry man he has punched holes in my walls, threw a chair through my living room window, an wouldn't work. All he did while we were together was sleep all day an go out with his friends at night. Now he is working an living with his parents. They are trying to convince everyone that my son has adhd an he doesn't. His father was on medication for adhd most of this life but quit taking it. They are trying to put my son on meds. His fathers parents are two facedpeople. Now while I am awaiting court I have not seen my son since xmas eve he has completely shut me out an refuses to let me see him. I am dying inside. I just want my son back how do I go about getting custody so I can move out of state to finish school.

Getting custody and moving out of state are two different issue, merely getting custody does not mean you can move. You have to get the bio fathers and/or court permission to move with child if you get custody.

Next why does he have the child, Does he have some court order. Why if he is so dangerous did you allow him to have the child now ?

1. is he listed on the birth certificate
2. are or where you married to him
3. where are you at, laws different in England to Mexico or US
4. so when did you file a motion for custody and when is the court hearing

Never married, yes he is on the because an the us. I didn't allow it he took him for his holiday an never brought him back. The police won't do anything because there is no custody established. My hearing in a month.
