Well I am familiar with the movie only by scenes or possibly movie shots, but besides that I might be able to give a yes or no, on whether it is the correct one.

Anyone have an idea on the movie being described?

How about you tell us some of the scenes you remember - that MIGHT narrow it down a bit ;)

Well, you narrowed it down quite a bit. It has "scenes" and "movie shots". I think I know what it is now.

Ohh Juliano80 - I love me an opportunity to use sarcasm (no sarcasm there, I really do) - but you've got to give us the specific scenes you remember. Look at your post - do you really, really think that someone can possibly figure out the movie you're talking about? You have provided absolutely NO info on it - normally, this wouldn't be a problem for me, but my crystal ball is in the shop, won't be back till next week (there's the sarcasm I was talking about.. ) - we need some detail to try and help find your movie...

Lol sorry. Well I remember one particular scene where there are a group of people in an old looking theater are walking through the hall ways which look sort of yellowish white and plain. All of a sudden, inside of a theater, a movie starts projecting. (I guess that's when he kills) but about 5 people hear it from 2 people in the theater and they all start running. Eventually one person dies and the killer's weapon was a corkscrew looking thing but sharp and looks like as if you were to bend a wide thin peace of medal into a spiral shape that is sharp at the tip.

    Does that help..

Aha! - I think I found it, Midnight Movie. Here's the trailer, it shows that corkscrew thing you described. Hope this is it!
    IMDb Video: Midnight Movie

Thanks stratmando - I hadn't actually heard of it before, I tried all kinds of different searchwords, then out of frustration just googled 'killer uses corkscrew movie', and it pulled up someone's review (negative review by the way - sorry juliano80) that referenced the weapon, and I was able to get the title from there!

aliseaodo, so you search just to solve problems?

I just really, really like this site - I have received a lot of good answers from it, and if I can contribute to it with some helpful info I feel like I'm part of it, you know? :) ( I also really like looking things up - sometimes I just read the dictionary, my coworkers make fun of me.. and you know, okay, maybe I should'nt be reading the dictionary at work -but there's a lot of info in it - I like to learn stuff, okay?) ;)
