Wokers comp.lawyer yes or no.
In july of 2008 i fell at work and broke my heel bone and had surgery 3 days later in aug.2010 i had to have surgery again to have the heel bone fused here it is jan 2011 and find out the bone didn't heal the doctor says i'll have to have surgery again because my body rejected the surgery or i can elect not and live with pain i can't put a lot of pressure on my left foot i'am 62 if i don't have surgery how do they figure disability should i get a lawyer or not i really on have the money

I don't have the money to get a lawyer, i was told that some lawyers only charge if they get you a settlement ,they get a third

Worker's Comp attorneys are only allowed a percentage. They cannot indiscriminately set a fee. The Court decides the amount.
