My switches have always worked but changed the light fitting now lights are on and my switches are not turning my lights off

Tell us how many and what color wires you have in the box.

Did you reconnect the wires the same way? Could be you had a switch loop and mixed the wires. How many and what color are the wires at the ceiling box.

This is happening too often. I looked at this question, no answer and then when I answered it shows 2, yours being the same as mine but 30 minutes earlier?? Brian
