Hi,

I requested an early distribution of my pension account that I had in AL. I moved to CA 3 years ago and I don't pay AL state tax anymore. They have already withheld the 20% Federal tax and I know that I have to pay 10% early distribution penalty. State of AL doesn't tax this income (according to the statement given by the pension management). Do I have to include this distribution into my CA state return?
