    New Faucet not working
I installled a new faucet in they bathroom with Brass Craft connectors between the valves and the faucet. I opened the valves fully but only get a trickle of water. What did I do wrong?

    Brass Craft connectors??
Are these those supply tubes that have a built in leak sensor?

    Hi AB4USA...

Hkstroud is wondering if you installed the automatic shutoff type of flexible connectors... if you did, go get some regular flexible connectors as these type of connectors are a real pain, although I don't think brasscraft makes any auto. Shut off hoses.

If you just have regular braided hoses then my first suggestion would be for you to simply remove the AERATOR at the end of the faucet spout. Here, remove the aerator, and without the aerator in place try the hot and cold water again. If you get full flow from both hot and cold water then you'll want to clean the aerator of gunk and replace it and see if all is fixed.

If this fails to fix things pop back and let us know and we'll recommend the next step, OK?

Did you kink the copper tubing going to the faucet, did they by chance have packing material in the lines?
