What must a person do if she/he have a buffaro neck?

It would help to have more information - your age, location, when this started, and what it looks like in more detail.
If you were born without a neck that curves in as most people's do, just a large neck, then it's not medically significant.
But there are goiters and other conditions that could use attention. (Goiters are easily treatable.)
