I'v had an abortion 3 days ago,just 10 days after missing my period. I hardly bled for One day. Now I get cramps,backache and feel tired most of the times. I'm confused. Is this normal recovery or has the abortion failed?

Since it was quite early, I assume you had a medical abortion with pills? Usually you would have more bleeding, but everyone can be different and some women bleed very little at all while others will bleed for a couple of weeks or so. The cramping feeling and being tired can be normal still, as long as it is not severe and you are not running a fever.

For the peace of mind, I would give a call to the doctor's office you saw and consult with them.

It was a clinical abortion. Yes,I consulted the Doctor and he says it's probably successful as long as I get my period within one and a half month.. Thanks for your response as it's surely helped me calm down a bit :)
