The plot is a woman goes to stay with her sister who is pregnant. The pregnant woman's husband is actually part of a race of giant cockroack like beings from another planet disguised as a human. The pregnant woman is going to die in child birth and the sister is his next victim. I thought it was a newer episode of the Outer Limits but can't find it.
