    Rental Lease
Renting a high-end condo off the strip in Vegas. All 3 toilets continuously run, despite my 3 calls to owner (he did send a plumber) to fix. About a month ago there was a condo 2 floors up that had some sort of leak. Leaked into one of our bathrooms, putting it completely out of commission. Not sure how long it will take to get this fixed. I'm assuming quite awhile. Is there anyway to get out of this lease? We are 1/2 way through the lease. I hate it there and I want out.

    Hello B:

You need to give the landlord an opportunity to fix the problems. If he doesn't, you can get out of your lease... You also need to DOCUMENT your complaints... Calling him ain't going to do it.
