Hi folks,
I came to US on 4 sep 2010 with my spouse(She is not working) and son(7 months). This is first time I am coming to US.
Some amount of my paycheck was withhold as I was not completing 183 days in financial year thus allowed allowance was 1.
Its time to file my returns, now I would like to know what will be my filing status?
Can I file as married Jointly? If not what is best option I have to get maximum as refund?
Will also like to know what is first choice of year is? Can I take this option?
