    Probation Violation
I am on Felony Probation for bad checks. This evening I was arrested for disordely conduct. What are the chances that I am going to be revoked when I go in to see my PO Monday to explain to him what happened. To explain the disorderly conduct, NO I was not out doing anything stupid, I got upset with the cop after he stated to me that he couldn't do anything about getting someone out my house, and I guess I got a little loud. He told me I needed to get in my car and shut up. I DID. Then when driving away and venting to my father, who was in the car with me, the cop heard me followed my to my parents house and arrested me for disorderly conduct.

    Hello s:

If you're found guilty of the charge, you'll be violated... But, I think you're safe on Monday.

Does just being arrested violate me?

In GA, yes, there is a very good chance where you are located that they may violate you. He will do the paper work and send it in, and then you will be picked up or turn yourself in.

You will be held pending a hearing.

Excon I know it is not how it suppose to work, but I know many people here and it happens like this all the time.
