2) US source of income only from K-1 (Ltd.Pshp.)

3) Individual Taxpayer lives abroad.

4) Corporation does not maintain an office in the US

(only abroad)

5) Must handle Form 6251 (Alternative Minimum Tax)
Specialized for 1040NR

6) suitable for e-filing

How about trying to NAME the state in question?

BTW, to my knowledge, there is NO software for Form 1040NR.
