    excel filter
I have a somewhat complex table that has multiple lists in Microsoft Excel, and I would like to filter. Additionally, I would like to have multiple filters within a single sheet, and need to specify the array that gets filtered, thus setting different values for the filter reference for each filter. Attached is a spreadsheet that hopefully will help clarify my question.

    The file is missing.

You can't have more than one AUTOFILTER on a single sheet at one time.

You CAN have more than one Excel LIST (or Excel TABLE if you're using 2007+). Select one of your ranges you want to filter and press CTRL-L to activate the List Wizard, then set the parameters for the list. Repeat for other data sections.

    An Excel LIST includes filters.

Thanks so much. I guess my company computer didn't allow me to upload the file, hence the missing spreadsheet. But that is exactly what I wanted.
