If a person is in jail an goes to court an they tell them they can bond out only on Bond Probation. What do they have to do on a bond probation

I don't know what that is. I think you, or the guy in jail, misunderstood. But, there's only one kind of bond or bail. If he's there on a probation violation, he's not entitled to a bond, but sometimes the judge will grant one.. If that the case here, he just need to bond out and make sure he attends the violation hearing.
