I have a whirlpool dryer bought new almost 2yrs ago. The vent was knocked off and a bird built a nest in there, found this out when the breaker was tripped. Cleaned out the vent and blows fine, but ever since if I put clothes that are too wet in the dryer it shuts off after 5 or 10 min. If I put them in there damp they dry fine and doesn't trip the breaker. Never had a problem with the breaker before the bird problem. Moisture problem maybe?
