Well, you can call the cops or evict him. If you evict him, you're going to have to PROVE that he's using drugs. SUSPECT, isn't enough. The cops probably won't do anything either, because they need proof too. If you falsely accuse him, he could sue you.

I don't think either one of those options are very nice. Is he paying his rent? Is he bothering other tenants? Is he causing a nuisance? If not, leave him alone.

PS> The above presumes he has a lease. If he's a month to month tenant, just give him 30 days notice, like I said last time. Section 8 doesn't give him any priviliges.
