My father died in 2009 a citizen & resident of USA. I am his only daughter and have lived in Australia most of my life. How do I obtain a copy of his will?? His alcoholic wife says that I was not a beneficiary? I need to see this for myself but am unsure if I legally I have the right to see a copy?
