I bought a used truck at a local Chevy dealership here in Colorado about 120 days ago. The dealership hasn't sent the proper paper work to the clerk and recorder so I can register it and I'm nearing the end of the second temporary plate. After that I have a truck I can't drive. I've called the dealership and they said they are having a hard time getting ahold of the guy they received it from to have him sign some papers. Im pissed so I'm wondering if I can just return the truck and demand my money back? If not what are my options?

Sounds like they did not have a clear signed title, ( really illegal for them to sell it without it)

You have a good cause to demand your money back and be released from the sell.
