I just got out of court, my wife's lawyer used scare tactics on my and got me to enter false information on a form 14 for child support. My ex and I are full time students she has no job and I run a side business to help with my bills. The lawyer got me to put in that I make 1200 a month and put the same for my ex, which is completely false. Once I got home and had time to think about it all it just doesn't sit right. The information was completely false, I feel like I've lied to the court. Isn't it illegal for the lawyer to do this?
