I am going through a divorce and most of all the credit card bills were in my name because my credit was better then my spouse. Long story short.. I have two judgements against me and they are hurting my credit. At the time I could not even attempt to pay them off. I was wondering if now (three years later) will they be will to negotiate the amount owed to pay the judgements off? I am trying to improve my credit.
