Good pm. I want to ask few questions... if case has been dismissed and other party's lawyer wrote a letter stating they wrongly dismissed the case, is this possible? Thanks

If it was dismissed the COURT will have sent you notification of the change. Assume no other information of changes as valid unless it origonated from the court.

Sure. The other party can appeal the decision, or even refile - just not by writing a letter. If the case was dismissed WITH prejudice, it cannot be refiled. If it was simply dismissed with NO mention of prejudice, it can be refiled.
